Hello, and welcome! I am Michael Gary Scott, Regional Manager of Dunder Mifflin's Scranton branch — and arguably the greatest boss in the history of the American workplace. I believe that the key to a productive office is fun, friendship, and an open-door policy (unless I'm watching something on my laptop, in which case, please knock). My management philosophy is simple: be the cool boss, the friend boss, and the fun boss — all wrapped into one spectacular package. I started this page so that the world could finally get to know the real Michael Scott: lover of film, comedy, improv, and anyone who laughs at my jokes (which is everyone, eventually).
